HP ENVY 34 inch All-in-One Desktop PC 34-c0000 (388P6AV)

Hi, in the past few days my wireless charging was not working on my 34" all in one. Usually use the computer after work and it's dark out didn't notice this bubble/deformity on the base and it is extremely hot. It burns to the touch. I'm not sure what to do. I'd like to find a way to shut off the wirless charging to stop sending power to that section and maybe replace the base if possible. If anyone has a part number to help I would appreciate it.

I am looking at the parts locator for the Envy 34-c0000 AIO desktop PC and I do not see it as having been delivered with a wireless charging option.http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c07758171.pdf

I also read the USER guide and it also does not mention that as an option.

Here is the parts list for the Envy 34-c0000

I just did a search and see that others have the issue, although not with heat deformity, that you have. I will have to ask HP internally.

If your PC has the same BIOS you may be able to disable it in the BIOS as seen in the image.
