Product: HP ENVY 34 inch All-in-One Desktop PC 34-c0000 (388P6AV)

I've read multiple folks have issues with the wireless charging base.   Has anyone figured it out? Mine is doing the following

I place phone on base,  amber light on base blinks; phone notifies it's charging ; light turns solid....then all of a sudden no light,  not charging bah, nafa zilch

Everything is updated

I read someone got a replacement because it's a defect I'D REALLY HATE to pack this up so if anyone has suggestions since there's NO mention of the charging base in the manual ... I'm open to suggestions

Have you gone into the BIOS and verified that it is setup correctly? I do not see your specific model as one of the select models with the Wireless Charging feature.
