Much as I love my new Envy 34 AIO I'd like to upgrade the mouse and keyboard.

Can the existing internal dongle connect with after market alternatives ?

thanks

Your system has Bluetooth.  I recommend a Bluetooth mouse  There are several available and the best ones have a USB connector for charging and are good on glass.  Google for "anywhere mouse bluetooth"

The logitech K850 is a combo wifi / bluetooth (mouse and keyboard). I have had it for 2 years, the a, s, d and e keys have lost lettering but I do not recall replacing any batteries yet.  The mouse is NOT an anywhere type  and I have replaced the battery once.

Thanks BeemerBiker, that's really helpful. Using a BT set up will leave the ports clear that would otherwise be cluttered with dongles!
