I have a problem with HP 4CE99AA Wireless Keyboard and Mouse 800 Black USB. 

I would like to disable Fn function by default too. When will this problem be resolved? Otherwise I throw out my money on wind.

No, for notebooks/laptops keyboards you can change from BIOS but no option for EXTERNAL keyboards. WYSIWYG.

But, could you make a some tool, for example, a special driver, for it? Otherwise it is a very bad project because of the little mistake, but could be the perfect product instead.
