Hi I’m at BestBuy and they have an All-In-One that’s not detecting their wireless keyboard but the wireless mouse works fine. Any suggestions?
Ive put new batteries in it and did windows update.

That means that the keyboard is faulty and needs to be replaced.
The keyboard/mouse are usually a set with a dongle so a new wireless keyboard/mouse set is needed.

You're welcome!
If it is a display model, who knows maybe you can get a discount on it.
You can use a USB wired keyboard/mouse or replace the set with the wireless/Bluetooth unit of your own choice.
