We just purchased this computer in November 2020. Less than 2 months later (Jan 2021) the wireless keyboard that came with it stopped working. We have tried 3 different sets of batteries. When we first put in batteries, the light on the Caps Lock button turns on for a few seconds then turns off. There is no power switch anywhere on this keyboard and out of all our searching online 1 person stated that you have to hold down the caps lock to power on this specific HP keyboard - nothing happens when we hold down Caps Lock. The wireless mouse that came with the computer & keyboard is working perfectly fine and my understanding is that it uses the same wireless connection.
