You do not have bluetooth, only 2.4ghz WIFI and I suspect your keyboard / mouse binds only with the USB it came with. There are very few exceptions ....
I think you are out of luck depending on whether the WiFi supports a "unifying" USB receiver like Logitech

You can write to the company and ask if their product can be used with Logitech's unifying receiver or if they sell that dongle (HSA-D01D) as a separate part.

If it does then about $10 for the USB dongle and you can program it using that download or buy the dongle from Darton
On the other hand, for like $4 more, you can get a new rechargeable WiFi mouse / keyboard from Walmart or elsewhere
