Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm looking for info on power supply pinout for 18 pin motherboard connector. I found pinout diagrams online but want details about a few pins. I'm hoping to upgrade the dead 650w with a spare 850w modular power supply by rewiring the harness P1 plug to the motherboard. 

1) what is the voltage of pin 8 labeled PSON# R?

2) what is the voltage of pin 9 labeled POWER SUPPLY ID?

3) what is the voltage of pin 16 labeled RSR_MEM_FAN_PWM6_R1?

I have all the other wires installed but need info for these 3 pins.
