HP Recommended
HP Pavilion TP01-0145m

Hey guys I just got my desktop and it won’t turn on. The light on the power button will flash blue for a second and that’s it. Any suggestions?

@Mario_V17 , welcome to the forum.

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your new computer.  If you are comfortable doing so, you can open the side panel and check all of the connections to assure they are tight.  It would not be unlikely that one of them could have loosened up during shipping.  Make certain to touch some bare metal inside of the case to eliminate any Electro-Static Discharge (ESD); more commonly known as static electricity.

If this doesn't fix your problem, I suggest contacting the seller for help.  They will have to repair or replace it.  I don't want you to fight the problem, instead of enjoying your new computer.

That was exactly the problem. I found 2 wires disconnected when I opened it up so I just connected them back in. I closed it back up and it was working just fine. Thanks for the reply!
