You can probably upgrade to the i7-8700 processor too, even though it is not listed.
The i5-8500 is.
Check eBay for the processor costs.
I see the i5-8400's going in the $30 - $40 range, and the i7-9700 around $100.
The i5-9400 for around $45 - $50.
The i5-9400F's require a graphics card to be installed, so unless you've installed a graphics card, don't buy one of those processors.
Depends on how much you want to spend.
The i5-8400/i5-9400 should help quite a bit, but of course the i7 would be even better.
