no you do not

click control  panel

then click system

see,  64bit.

no the 32 is not OS it is the Msata dinky do boot  drive and way too small for windows 10 updates, sure.

every one with 32GB space knows that , vast persons.

so good luck with w10 getting bigger all the time ./

bloatware never ends.

yes backup up all files to external HDD. yes. or SSD

be sure to run the w10 cleaner to keep all older versions off the C; drive,  ask or at ms dot com.
