Wrong GPU was sent with Pavilion Desktop

HP Recommended
Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2260xt PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased this product over a month ago. Finally arrived today but with the wrong GPU and I cant seem to get a hold of any customer support. I might as well buy a pc at my local best buy and try to return this pavilion. Has anyone else had this issue?

@nguyenm21 -- your HP computer should have come with 30 days of free telephone support. Keep trying to contact them.

Where did you buy it, hp store?
which GPU did you think you had, and which one is installed?
I ask, because I have already seen this type of computer

If we look here then it is mentioned several models

NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650 SUPER™ (4 GB GDDR6 dedicated)
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1660 Super (6 GB GDDR6 dedicated)
NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3060 (12 GB GDDR6 dedicated)
NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3060 Ti (8 GB GDDR6 dedicated)
 

Except if we buy the base model it will be the NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650 Super Gpu logically.
if you want another gpu you have to configure it, have you done that?
