I got the message through HP Support Assistant that my PC Support reached end of support on December 30, 2020. I was expected to get this because of more HP new desktop in computer field. I am not going to get a new desktop unless I have to. My desktop run very well and no problem with this. The only thing is that I keep checking the updates of Windows Professional 10, 64-bit version and Nvidia drivers for my graphic card. I have a question to ask if I should keep the files or remove from my desktop. I was not sure which program should stay on my desktop and others don't need for the desktop. Here are the list below:
HP Audio
HP Connection Optimizer
HP Documentation (x64)
HP JumpStart Launch
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows
HP Registration Service (x64)
HP Support Solutions Framework
HP System Event Utility
Let me know which files should I keep and others not needed. I will remove them from my desktop.
Look forward to have an answer about this.
Thank you,
John

@jpmackay1 , welcome to the Community.
This is the first time that I have heard of anyone receiving this message. Of course, this doesn't mean that it hasn't happened.
I suggest that you keep using the apps until they no longer function. They shouldn't cause any problems at all. They simply won't be updated any longer.
Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.
