I do not recall if you tried the SpeedFan utility.

 

It was suggested by an Expert that you try a different brand of fan other than Noctua.

 

The SME has not responded with a solid answer to this. 

 

I read through quite a bit of Noctua's fan documentation. There is a suggestion  in the documentation that a failure of ta fan to work may be due to incompatibility of Noctua fan with the motherboard fan controller,. among other reasons. (PWM instability, fan voltage not within the Noctua fan requirements)

Hi, Finaly got time to change for BeQuiet fans and it works like a charm !

 

The fan still is not seen by fan control or HW mon,itor but it runs.
