We need to hardware RAID a couple 4TB drives in a new Z2 Tower G9. We need to Bitlock all drives so Software RAID won't work. I am not seeing an option in the BIOS.

Am I missing something?

THE Z2 G9 IS A A LOWCOST WORKSTATION MODEL, it has no vroc support however it does support Raid 0/1 through the intel chipset for  arrays using the VMD + Intel RSTE driver for NVME drives

if you require SATA based raid array then you might want to look at older used dedicated pci-e raid cards like the ASR-8805

Thanks for the reply.

So I am clear, without the VROC hardware RAID is not possible, is this correct?

go back and carefully reread what i have written, in particular the first sentence.......

also your last reply shows that you have not taken the time to read the provided link where i specified page 88 on configuring raid on the Z2 G9 tower
