I am looking to install a gigabyte 4060 graphics card in my z2 sff g9 computer.

I bought the base model with the 250 watt power supply.

I was looking to get a 450 watt power supply and bought the M86371-001.

It seems it doesn't have any spare pins for the 8 pins needed by the graphics card.

Is there any hp power supply that will do the job and have an extra 8 or 16 pins?

Thanks

@Wajeehi,

You posed a very interesting question!

So, I assume the 450-watt power supply does fit and otherwise powers your HP Z2 SFF G9 Workstation just fine?

If that is the case, this is what you can do: purchase a dual SATA 15-pin to PCIe 8-pin power adapter cable, like this Amazon purchase example: https://www.amazon.com/PCI-Cable-15-pin-Express-Adapter/dp/B07FK8SJTV/ref=sr_1_1?crid=1P4AQE7LDYVQO&..., which will provide sufficient power to the relatively low-wattage (115-watt TDP) Low Profile RTX 4060 card.

If you don't have two open 15-pin SATA power cables, you may have to also purchase a 15-pin SATA power splitter cable such as this one: https://www.amazon.com/SATA-Splitter-Wire-Power-Cable/dp/B002P6W9YW/ref=sr_1_15?crid=31LX4P8SHV53P&d....

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
