Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone,

So I'm trying to connect an Wacom intuos art drawing tablet and I get "USB power surge" message. I've tried to unplug everything else, tried different USB ports, changed power plan to high performance but to no avail. Is the computer simply wired this way? Looks kind of ridiculous for a product that is marketed as "workstation".
