Product: Z3700 Wireless Mouse
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i have purchased a Z3700 wireless mouse with my laptop a month back. and today it suddenly stopped working. i can still press on things with the mouse and the scroll button works too. but when i move my mouse the cursor isnt doing anything. i have tried all the steps provided by the AI assistant and what i have found on the internet but nothing worked. when the AI sent me to check my warranty to contact actual support it didnt accept my serial number too.
