Z4 G4 Processor upgrade

Hello all, first post here so be kind please.. 

I have an ex business Z4 G4 workstation with an i7-7820x and I've been looking to upgrade the processor to an i9-10920x but everything I read seems to tell me that I can't upgrade it and I'm stuck with the i7. Then I found an answer on a similar post from Nonsequitur777 that infers I can unless I'm reading it wrong. Could anyone give me a definitive yes or no to my problem please

Thanks for the reply,

According to the specs for mine it was supplied with this CPU as standard and it doesn't mention any compatible processors,

Which is why I'm not sure about any upgrade.
