Microsoft Windows 11

I have a 5 month old Z4G5 w/station with 7 mapped network drives on a LAN with 2 other PCs. Five of these drives cannot now be accessed - either as an unknown connection or username/password supposedly being incorrect. I have not changed any login details on the drives, and the 2 other PCs continue to connect as normal. I have internet access as normal.

I have done the following and the problem still persists:

Reset, disabled/enabled and uninstalled/reinstalled the network adaptor, (Intel I219-LM)

Swapped RJ45 cables with one of the other PCs (which reconnected to all drives)

Powered all components of the LAN off/on

Deleted one of the mapped drives but cannot now recreate the mapping

Flushed/Renewed the DNS

Tried to connect using USB/RJ45 adapter

Any clues as to what the issue is and how to solve it - preferably without going back to square one) would be greatly received.
