I would recommend starting with the Maintenance and Service Guide in the manuals section.

EDIT - Apologies, just re-read your post. I didn't realize it was a data sheet you were after, not an actual motherboard. Have you checked the HP Z420 support documentation - https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-z420-workstation/5225033 

 

There are plenty of HP Z420 motherboards for sale on ebay, starting at around £50.
