Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Z6 G4 workstation.  I need to be able to restart the machine and not power it off and then on. I don't want to do this in Windows.  I have installed a switch to the motherboard restart jumper in the past, but I don't see a restart jumper.  Am I missing it?  I don't see a manual for the motherboard.

Ah. That is not going to happen.

 

You must be thinking that factory built PCs and workstations are like DIY systems.

 

They are not.  Printed  HP motherboard schematic information is proprietary.
