I have just updated my OS from Win7 Pro to Win10 Pro.
I have checked the hardware in System Info and I saw that the SAS controller has nomore a correct driver installed to work.
In the support page I've not found any new release of the SAS drivers for Win10...
How can I solve the problem?
It's the missing driver a big problem?
Thank you in advance.

You're very welcome.
I have zipped up and attached the SAS Controller driver for that ID toward the bottom of this reply...
You will have to manually install it.
Download and unzip the file to its folder. Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager and click on the SAS Controller needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
Then reboot the PC.
This is the driver I got the file from on your PC's support and driver page.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the hardware ID's supported by this driver.

Hi:
Did you try the lastest driver for the model SAS controller your PC has?
Sometimes the W7/W8 or whatever drivers will work on W10.
You may have to manually install the driver from the device manager.
Do you know what model SAS controller you need the driver for?
12-31-2015 11:57 AM
Well, I didn't try to install any driver for Win7 or 8. As the drivers were already installed I supposed that after the upgrade they didn't were uninstalled... I have to suppose that if Win10 uninstalled the drivers they don't work with Win 10.
Unfortunatley I don't know which model of SAS controller I have installed. Do you know a way to know it?

Hi:
Many times the older drivers will work on W10. All we can do is try.
I upgraded a HP nc6400 notebook PC to W10 (only has drivers for Vista) and there were many devices that needed drivers.
I just used the Vista drivers, and my nc6400 works just fine on W10. All drivers installed and devices working,
Please post the hardware ID for the SAS Controller that needs the driver.
To find the hardware ID, go to the device manager and click on the SAS Controller needing the driver.
Then click on the Details tab at the top of the SAS Controller window.
Now you should see a Property drop down list and it will be set to Device Description.
Drop down on that list and select the 3rd item (Hardware ID's).
Post the top string of characters that you see in the window.
It should just be a matter of reinstalling the correct driver for that model controller.
Like I said, you may have to manually install it.

You can find the answer and additional advice here: http://www.netzspezialist.de/blog/2016/05/23/windows-10-on-hp-z620/
You have to install the drivers from Intel for C602 chipset: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/23257/Intel-RSTe-AHCI-SCU-Software-RAID-driver-for-Windows...
Kind regards
