Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, I replaced a GTX 3050 with a GTX 4060. All works well except when I try to boot with the left side cover on it goes into a loop where fans start and stop the blue light on the motherboard flashes. If I take the cover off and dump the BIOS by holding down the power button and leave the cover off it boots fine with next power press. Nothing is sticking up over the frame. Not sure what's going on.
