I have a the hp prodesk 600 g1 with i5 4th gen, 8 gb ram and 500 gb hard disk. I want to know if zotac GTX 1050Ti 4 gb mini will fit in the 600 g1, if yes, will the power supply be sufficient enough?

That mini card is shorter than the average card but not low profile which your system requires. You have a 240W PSU and a 1050 may be pushing it. Something along the lines of the GT 1030 would be a better fit such as this card. This card may work and this video describes the procedure and recommends which upgrades will work. Surprisingly it mentions the 1050Ti and the 1650.
