Pavilion 580-010ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. In the description of the PC I see:

8 GB

Amount: 8 GB

Speed: PC4-19200 MB/s

Type: DDR4-2400 Memory upgrade information

Dual channel (one DIMM per channel) memory architecture

Two DDR4 UDIMM (288-pin) sockets

Supports PC4-19200 (DDR4-2400)

Supports 4 GB and 8 GB UDIMMs

Supports up to 4 GB on 32-bit systems

But in motherboard specification You can see

Supports the following:

PC4-17000 (DDR4-2133)

PC4-19200 (DDR4-2400) (with Pavilion Power chassis only)

Supports 4 GB and 8 GB UDIMMs

Can I add extra 8gb PC4-19200 (DDR4-2400) not  Pavilion Power chassis   or the second one of memory must be only  PC4-17000 (DDR4-2133)?

Get the same memory speed like the one you have now!! so if you have now 2400Mhz...get the same 2400Mhz speed..

you are beeing informed that the motherboard also supports lower speed memory like 2133Mhz...that doesnt mean you need to buy it.

Those are general information for people to know when buying memory.I saw some were trying to buy DDR4-3000 Mhz...then saying that it works only in 2133Mhz...that because HP Motherboards dont have XMP profiles.

Good luck!

Mike
