Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

i currently have windows 8.1 installed on my work desktop pc made by HP 

i would like to know if it is compatible with windows 11 so i can upgrade my pc and purchase windows 11 

my computer currently  keeps saying every time I turn it on that i need to activate windows

What is your machine ? It probably does not have hardware requirements to run Windows 11. But you still can install a light version of Windows 11 using

 

          Installing Windows 11 on devices that don't meet minimum system requirements
