Your HP ENVY Desktop PC TE01-3000i (4M0M1AV) as fitted with an HP Reno motherboard (SSID: 89B5) and a 310-watt power supply with p/n: L10875-800 -please verify.
If the aforementioned specs align with your desktop, you can upgrade your power supply with a 500-watt power supply with p/n: L05757-800, which can be purchased online, such as via this Trusted eBay Seller.
The following graphics cards paired with the 500-watt PSU would ensure decent (gaming) performance (from least to more expensive): RTX 2060, RTX 3050, RTX 2060 Super, GTX 1070, GTX 1070 Ti, GTX 1080, RTX 3060, RTX 2070. You should carefully examine the GPU's dimensions (LxWxH) for fit inside your case.
Hope this was helpful.
