I would like to add 16GB more RAM to my HP Pavilion Desktop pc 570 - p0xx. I cant get an answer from HP Support. Can anyone answer?

I don't agree with the specs that HP has, and neither does Crucial.
The chipset your PC has supports up to 64 GB of memory, provided the PC has 4 memory slots.
Yours has two slots, so 2 x 16 GB should work.
