am i able to upgrade/add graphics/video card to my pc?

Would you please confirm if the product number of your AIO is 1J7Q7AA#ABA, or if it isn't, please provide the #ABA code -NOT the serial number.

 

[EDIT:] If it is the case that your motherboard is the "Row" (SSID: 87F3), you cannot upgrade your graphics capabilities as this AIO depends on the integrated graphics embedded in its processor.  The fastest CPU that is compatible in your AIO is the Intel Core i7-1165G7 which runs up to 4.70 GHz (max turbo).
