Welcome to our HP Community forum!
The part number for a replacement battery for your HP Notebook 14-dq1025cl (8AA76UA) is: L11119-855 "Assembly-battery 3C 41W 3.6A LI HT03XL".
You can buy a quality HT03XL replacement battery online, such as this purchase option via Amazon-India: https://www.amazon.in/Wefly-Compatible-L11119-855-L11421-423-HT03041XL-PR/dp/B0CBKS59MH/ref=sr_1_2?c....
No, you don't need to back up any data when swapping a battery.
You can replace the battery yourself fairly easy. Here is a helpful YouTube instructional video how to do that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-_-qFo1GoM&ab_channel=UFIXTEK.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
