Welcome to our HP User Forum!
I would like to give you my recommendation.
Given the 500-watt L05757-800 power supply restriction and size (larger graphics cards won't fit in your desktop), an excellent video production/editing graphics card for your HP Pavilion 595-p0084 (3LA58AA) would be an HP or Dell RTX 3060 12 GB GDDR6 (see: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/hp-rtx-3060-oem.b9077).
The RTX 3060 is a powerful graphics card that is well suited for 4K video editing. It features a powerful Ampere architecture that provides the performance needed to handle large and complex video files. Specifically having 12GB of fast GDDR6 video RAM memory onboard, this GPU can handle heavy workloads in creative applications including video editing and 3D modeling.
These cards are relatively favorably priced at the moment, such as this purchase option via a respectable eBay Seller: https://www.ebay.com/itm/185825804848?hash=item2b4414c230%3Ag%3AeN0AAOSwE2tkHHA9&amdata=enc%3AAQAHAA....
Mind you, the RTX 3060 Ti 8GB requires a 550+ watt power supply and is typically powered by a 12-pin PCIe power cable, which means needing a dual 8-pin PCIe to 12-pin PCIe adapter, but an L05757-800 power supply doesn't have two 8-pin PCIe power cables.
And if you are so inclined to upgrade your processor to an Intel Core i7-9700 or an i7-9700F when you are going to get a discrete graphics card anyway, this would also provide additional computing power you may need.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
