Alexis
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For those of you who have the Pavillion all in one computers and are wondering what the flashing yellow and blue lights are on the base of your system it is because you Alexis installed. Uninstall it is the best way to fix it.  BTW HP Support has no clue of this when I talked to them several times.

@Mav6969 , welcome to the forum.

Thank you for the information.

Now, for a bit of a different perspective on HP Customer Support not having a clue what was causing the lights to flash.  Most of the apps that come installed on HP computers from the factory are not provided by HP, but by their sponsors as Value Added.  Therefore, it would be nearly impossible for HPCS to know what each and every app is doing at all times.  Many of the apps are downloaded and installed by the owners, as well.
