Hi @Dipender_37,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If you're looking for the face camera driver (webcam) for your HP laptop running Windows 11, here's how you can get it and troubleshoot any issues:

How to Download and Install the HP Camera (Face) Driver

1. Use HP's Official Driver Page

Go to HP’s official support site and enter your laptop model: 🔗 Official HP® Support

  • Select Windows 11 as your operating system.
  • Look under Driver – Keyboard, Mouse and Input Devices or Imaging Devices.
  • Download the HP Camera Driver or Realtek/Synaptics Webcam Driver.

Troubleshooting Webcam Issues

If your camera isn’t working even after installing the driver:

1. Check Device Manager

  • Press Win + X > Device Manager.
  • Expand Imaging Devices or Cameras.
  • If the camera is listed, right-click and choose Enable.
  • If not listed, click Action > Scan for hardware changes.

2. Check Privacy Settings

  • Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera.
  • Make sure Camera access is turned ON.
  • Allow access for apps like Zoom, Teams, or the Camera App.

3. Use HP’s Webcam Troubleshooting Guide

HP provides a detailed guide for webcam issues: 🔗 HP PCs - Troubleshoot the webcam (Windows 11 and Windows 10) | HP® Support

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
