You can install as many SSD's as you have free data ports, and free power connectors.
What I am saying is that if you are installing the SSD in place of the mechanical hard drive currently connected to SATA Port 0, that port's drive controller is SATA III (6.0 GBPS), as well as the SATA 1 port shown in your illustration. That is also a SATA III (6.0 GBPS) port.

Thank you for a thoughtfully prepared inquiry. Yes, you can use the mentioned 2.5" SSD drive on the existing SATA2 (3Gb/s). See manual page 5-2
