So is this a second drive or replacement drive, sorry if I didn't understand
If it is an addition and not a reshuffle, it would be necessary to check if the pc starts again once removed!
What is happening here, visiblmeent, the pc wants to boot on a system disk but cannot find windows!
If the SSD is blank, and as a replacement, this is normal.
If this is an addition, it is not normal
you must either reconfigure the startup in order to boot from the hard drive with windows
Either install windows on this SSD if this has not been done and the original disk is only used as storage!
Sorry I have to go, if you have any questions, don't hesitate, I may not have said everything!

@worc2020,

The existing 1TB boot drive is SATA0. You can not add another drive with an existing boot partition. Either if you were to place it at SATA0 data lead, it should not boot. Even if it did boot, the OS would not be activated. What are you actually trying to attempt?
