Welcome to our HP Community Forum!
As I hadn't worked yet on your particular desktop, I found out that the motherboard of an HP Pro 3330 Small Form Factor PC is 24-pin ATX-power enabled, meaning, you can replace the original stock power supply (according to the specs either a 220- or 270-watt unit), with any (mini/micro) ATX power supply, as long as you watch its dimensions (LxWxH) for fit inside your case:
Link: c03565499.pdf (hp.com).
An RX 580 requires one PCIe 8-pin power cable and is best powered by a 500-watt power supply: AMD Radeon RX 580 Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database.
Point is, this card wouldn't fit in your case. That is to say, not without some 'modding' (cutting). Have you considered a low profile graphics card such as a GTX 1650/RTX A2000/RX 6400?
Kind Regards,

I suspect you will need a bios mod as discussed here
None of the boards listed below have UEFI bios unlike the RX-580
Your 3330 SFF needs to support UEFI
