Hello, I was looking for a overall good pc for my office and i stumbled upon this Pavilion TP01-2090nl which basically has what i look in a computer.
The description says that it only has 1 slot ddr4 ram, but looking at the motherboard Model (Erica 6) i can see another slot, so here's my question:
can i expand my ram with an extra 8gb? otherwise, can i put a 16gb ram in it?

Yes. You can upgrade the installed memory.
"can i expand my ram with an extra 8gb? Probably not, unless you can find one identical to the module already in the other slot otherwise, can i put a 16gb ram in it? Yes, you can remove the original module and put a single 16 GB module in that slot"
It is best to do it with a pair of compatible memory modules, so dual channel operation will be possible.
Adding a module of a differing capacity or brand to a single empty slot can produce unpredictable results that you probably do not want.
