HP All-in-One PC 21-b0001la
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP all in one monitor, and I am trying to upgrade its ram, but I don't know if it's soldered or not, and I don't want to open the case yet.

I need someone that knows if it's soldered or not and how much ram the computer can handle because I don't want to waste money on something that I will have no use for.

Below is the link to the product specs for your AIO PC:

Here is the link to the motherboard specs which doesn't work when you click on it on the above product specs link:

HP Desktop PCs - Motherboard Specifications, Offa | HP® Support

The notebook has one memory slot, and the slot can support up to a 1 x 8 GB of DDR4-2400 SODIMM (notebook-type) memory chip.

This should be a compatible 8 GB memory chip for your PC:

I could not find any service manuals or videos for how to take the PC apart.

Hello, thank you for your response I think I've found a video about how to dismantle a pretty similar model from mine, and I was wondering if I could use it as a guide for what I should do it's in Spanish, but that isn't an inconvenience for me since I know said language    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q6zvJgVO0eY
