Envy h8-1485ea
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Will my HP Envy h8-1485ea have a TPM or can I add one? It's about 10 or 11 years old.

It has the original motherboard but | have fitted a 1gb SSD as the main hard drive.

@bellatorious , welcome to the Community.

You can go into Device Manager and check the "Security devices" section to see if it lists TPM.  It would have to be TPM 2.0 to work with Win 11.  The motherboard would need a TPM socket for a module to be added.  This would be towards the bottom of the board.

Thanks old_gekkster, I haven't got a "Security devices" section in Device manager and subsequent searches since posting seem to indicate that it won't be possible to add TPM.
