sir can i get accurate speed of pcie 3.0 x 4 nvme ssd by using adapter in my pcie 2.0 x16 bus slot motherboard

NO, pci-e 3.0 is approx. twice as fast as pci-e 2.0, so any pci-e 3.0 ssd's speed will be halved if run on a pci-e 2.0 system

 

this is a hardware limitation not software it can not be changed/upgraded

 

note that a x4 ssd on a pci-e 2.0 bus is still faster than any sata drive

 

 

last, many earlier chipsets do not support booting from nvme. intel did not start boot support for ssd'd till the x99 and later chipset(s) The X99 chipset was released in late August 2014
