Can i replace "sko-ssd 512gb m2 2280 pcie nvme" value with "hp ex900 plus 2tb nvme ssd m.2 gen3 x4, 8 gb/s"

You shouldn't have any problem with doing that.

 

The Crucial SSD report for your PC indicates that they sell NVMe SSD's up to 4 TB.

Your PC's M.2 slot is PCIe Gen 3.0.
