No. The last Legacy GPU that can be used would be the GTX 660. Your unit has early 2012 parts.

Does you unit support UEFI BIOS? test here If you do not have UEFI, you could stop reading now.
The HP 600 G1 utilizes a unique PSU, I call it a 6 and 4. The main is a 2x3 and the aux to CPU is 2x2. So, no ATX PSU would work. The GTX 970 ( circa 2014 is UEFI ) and does required additional 150W-225WPCIe power, depending on the manufacturer features . Some have dual 6 pin needs, some are 8 pin.
The GTX 1060 is the equal to the GTX 970, and requires about 120W, with a 6 pin PCIe.
If it is UEFI, you still need to adapt the PSU to accept a standard 500W PSU. I do not warrant or guarantee this adapter.

Legacy means you can use a GTX 660, or GTX 670. All require the 500W PSU. Both are better than the GTX 750Ti,
