Product: HP Pavilion 590-p0057c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i bought a new computer that was in my budget and was happy with my pucahce but i would like to upgrade my CPU to a better one can any one tell me if that is possible on this model (which is a referb)

Here is the support page for that PC

Pavilion 590-p0057c

Click on the "Processor upgrade information" title and the approved CPU's will show.  You should be able to use any of the ones listed.

You could go with an i7-8700K:

The TPM is 95W and may require a Liquid Cooling System???
