what is the harms will happen if I install GTX 960 graphic card on HP 800G1 power 320w

and the card need 120W and recommended 400w power supply system or source

Actually the answer is a plain "NO".  Just to clarify, you do have an SFF or a Tower. Both can have a 320W PSU, but the GTX960 is a full height card (Tower).  The GTX 960 requires a 6pin PCIE power plug. Not found on your 320W. Your would need a new PSU with the proper plug.
