I'm currently trying to upgrade my GPU to a NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3060 but it requires a power supply of 500W. Does my PC's motherboard support a 500W power supply?

Your PC would use the following 500W power supply:
| L05757-800 | Power Supply - GNRC PSU 500W ENT17 FR GLD |
If you click on the + sign on the above parts list link, you will see a list of all HP PC model series that PSU is used in including the TG01 model series.

There is a 650-watt power supply unit, with HP part number: L57253-003 / L36049-003 which should be compatible with the OP's PC, for the same reason as it was compatible with my HP Pavilion TP01-3003W.
Kind Regards,
