Sure. As long as you use a USB mouse and keyboard.
I highly recommend using a wireless mouse.

It would help if you provided an HP product name and product number(SKU)
From power off press the power button and immediately tap the F1 key.
That will invoke the system information dialogue.
Look for the System name and System SKU in the list that that is produced on screen.
Post it here and I will actually be able to find your notebook's hardware configuration.
We do not support identifying a notebook with its processor designation, because all that does is identify the processor, not the notebook.

Your AIO PC has 2 SuperSpeed USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate; 2 USB 2.0 Type-A ports.
You can plug in the mouse and keyboard to the USB ports.
You will need to remove the wireless dongle to access one of them.
YOur PC's support portal.
The user manual has information showning where the USB ports are.

The USB ports are at the rear of the PC.
