Hi,
I can't install the intel graphics card driver.
i get error that installation cancelled because OS incompatible.
i uninstalled radeon driver from device manager and restarted. no change

HP my display keeps telling me graphic driver is not installed

the final file is not there (C8145528). there was another one.
I tried that and ,,,,,,,IT WORKED. 
"my HP display" works and the brightness too.

Glad it worked.

 

Maybe I typed the file number wrong.

 

There was only one setup information file in that folder.

just after the fix i got the HP MY DISPLAY update link. I installed it and it ruined everything. It actually made it worse. any tips?

Hello, what is exactly your new problem?? What applications you can't open?? 

You can try to restore your PC to a previous state:
