HP is advertising false information.... carepacks off 24/7 tech support HOWEVER THERE IS NO ONE AROUND ALL NUMBER ARE CLOSED!!! NO CHAT ...NOTHING !! IM ABOUT READING TO CALL A LAWYER!

why am I getting messages saying to be respectful? I did not be disrespectful. my gosh if  people take words when only i am only explaining how can anyone even explain without being warned or judged? this is horrible. i was only trying to figure out an issue and i get harrassed from many people now sending my inbox messages! i dont want anyones help anymore after this experience.
