change my graphic card

i'd like to change my graphic card (NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650) with GeForce RTX 3060 Ti.

Do i need to change my powersupply? If yes pls suggest me a compatible model to install on my pc.

Your HP Pavilion Desktop - TP01-0038nl (8KZ27EA), according to: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06460296, is fitted with the Rother motherboard (SSID: 8653), and a 310-watt power supply -please verify.

An RTX 3060 Ti requires at least a 500-watt power supply.  Fortunately, there is a compatible 500-watt power supply available for your motherboard, with HP p/n: L05757-800, which can be purchased online, such as here: L05757-800 - Power Supply PSU 500W - Envy 795-0003UR Desktop | eBay.

[EDIT #1:] You'll have to ascertain how to best purchase one of these power supplies in Italy.

[EDIT #2:] IMPORTANTE: If you go with the 500-watt L05757-800 power supply, either purchase an RTX 3060 Ti that can be powered with ONE 8-pin PCIe power cable, OR if the RTX 3060 Ti requires to be powered with a 12-pin PCIe cable, purchase a dual 6(8)-pin PCIe to 12-pin PCIe power cable adapter, such as seen here: Amazon.com: chenyang CY 12Pin to ATX Dual 8Pin & 6Pin Splitter GPU Graphics Card Modular Cable for 3....

[EDIT #3] I would recommend purchasing (either new, refurbished or used) one of the smaller-sized one 8-pin PCIe powered RTX 3060 Ti versions, such as one of these:
